Being 25 years old is not easy... the gravity already have some effects. My skin has not soft anymore, and I getting fat. For 25 years old woman with 158 cm (5'2'') heights and 54 kg (120 pounds) on weight, gosh I know that I LOST my control. Okay, I admit eating soooo much cheese, mayo, meat, sausages, fried food without any control especially at night. I was hungry and I open my fridge, I found cheese and mayo and some potatoes, and cook it. But I don't have any breakfast either, so I thought I'm eating in the right portion, eating 3 times a days, started at lunch, dinner then supper. And I'm not sleeping until 3 am in the morning. But how can I get fat??!!
Okay.. I must have a diet... But when do I start, is the hardest to answer. I still want to eat something that I never eat, and it's not a healthy food tho. Btw, I have a recipe here for me to reemind me that you can have healthy food without any suffer (Most of healthy food taste horrible). I don't now what it is called, but my mom said is "OBLOKOTHOK Soup" (means you just put everything inside)...
2 mustard green (sawi in Indonesia), chop it
1 white tofu, chop it into dice shape
1 small shrimp, and chop (I just knew that shrimp is my mom subtitutes for MSG, healthy choise)

1 Rice vermicelli (or bee hon, bihun in Indonesia), soak it in a hot water
1 handfull of small green tomatoes, slice into 2 for each small green tomatoes
2 chilli padi (the bird's eye chili pepper, thai pepper, cabe rawit in Indonesia), slice it
1 litre of water
salt
sugar
pepper
how to make:
First u boil water and shrimp and tofu. then put in the mustard green, chilli and green tomatoes, then after it boil, you put rice vermicelli, salt, sugar, and pepper. wait till all cook.
The taste is a bit sour, hot, sweet, yummy. Javanese said "sueger tenan"..
